Through consistent performance and a strong entrepreneurial mindset, she quickly progressed within the industry and expanded her expertise beyond sales into business strategy, revenue management, and Profit & Loss operations within real estate organizations. This progression allowed her to gain a comprehensive understanding of the business—from client acquisition to investment advisory and operational growth.

In 2024, Nandani took a major entrepreneurial step by co-founding a partnership firm named NaMo Estate. As a founder, she played a pivotal role in building the brand, establishing strong market relationships, and successfully executing several commercial and residential transactions. The venture served as a strong foundation for her leadership and entrepreneurial ambitions in the real estate sector.

Building on this experience, January 2026 marked the launch of her independent venture, N11 Reality (N Eleven Reality)—a consultancy created with the vision of delivering sophisticated real estate solutions and connecting investors with premium opportunities. As the sole leader of the company, Nandani continues to drive the brand forward with a client-centric approach, strong market insights, and a commitment to transparency and value creation.

Throughout her career, Nandani has achieved significant milestones in real estate transactions. Her achievements include successfully closing over 100,000 square feet of commercial property deals, facilitating more than 300,000 square feet in leasing transactions, and contributing to the sale of over 50,000 square feet in residential developments, with many more projects currently in progress.

Her expertise spans across commercial spaces, residential properties, leasing solutions, and land investments, allowing her to guide investors, businesses, and homeowners toward well-informed real estate decisions.

Looking ahead, Nandani Pandey is focused on expanding N11 Reality beyond domestic markets.
